Home sales are on the beautiful Island of Mallorca are moving fast. Sellers now have the best chance to find a buyer. The lack of supply and high demand in some locations have created property hotspots. In some areas we have a number of buyers waiting to act fast.


1. Calvia

Calvia is a wonderful place to look for property for sale in Mallorca, due to the incredible scenery of the area and the proximity to the capital city Palma & the International Airport. This wonderful residential town is a popular hunting ground for homebuyers in the market for property for sale in Calvia. Properties are averaging €5,550/m2 across the region. Some exclusive properties that command frontline and sea views are fetching over €10,000/m2. We have buyers looking in this region including people wanting apartments and villas with rental licences for investment.


2. Serra de Tramuntana

It's easy to see why so many people fall in love with properties in the beautiful Serra de Tramuntana Mountains. With postcard villages including Valledemossa, Soller and Deia it's in high demand. 3. Palma

4. Puerto Pollensa & Pollensa


We like many others love Puerto Pollensa and the Old Town Pollensa. With a beautiful backdrop to the mountains and the beautiful Alcudia Bay and the simply magical Formentor beach its a property hotspot. Many beautiful properties were built by wealthy Spanish Families along the waterfront, but with tight control of any future development here it makes demand outstrip supply. Pollensa (Old Town) in the north of the island is an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars, and is just a few kilometres from Port de Pollensa. Properties are averaging €4,000/m2 in the Old Town and €3,800/m2 in the Port.


5. Cala d'Or

Famous for the areas incredible beaches and Calas including Cala D'or, Cala Gran, Cala Petita, Cala Ferrera, Cala Egos, Cala Esmeralda, Cala Serena, Cala Galera and Cala d'es Forti its so so easy to fall in love with this region of Mallorca. With a shortage of property our buyers are having to wait patiently, giving our sellers an advantage. Prices average €4,000/m2 with some special properties reaching €9,000/m2
